What does the hospitality system include?
The Grand Systems hospitality system includes a POS till, handheld ordering, self-service kiosks, kitchen display screens (KDS), QR menus with table ordering and a back office with reports, all in one system with myDATA e-invoicing.
How much do the POS and handhelds cost for a restaurant?
From €25 per month per venue, with a POS till and unlimited handhelds. With kitchen displays, QR ordering and stock, from €49 per month. Excluding VAT; hardware is charged separately.
Do you charge per handheld or per waiter?
No. Pricing is per venue and handhelds are unlimited, however many waiters you have.
Which devices does handheld ordering run on?
Grand Systems handheld ordering runs on Android handhelds and mobile phones. Orders go to printers or screens per station (kitchen, bar) and waiters can take payment at the table.
What should I look for in a restaurant ordering system?
It should keep working on the local network without internet, send orders per station, have per-waiter permissions, not charge per device and be myDATA compliant. The Grand Systems hospitality system covers all of these.
Do you offer self-service kiosks for fast food and cafés?
Yes. A kiosk adds from €29 per month, with product photos, options and combos, card payment, order numbers and menus in Greek and English.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Not necessarily. We check what you already have and only suggest what is missing. If needed, we supply and set up the hardware ourselves.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The system keeps taking orders on the venue’s local network and syncs as soon as the connection is back. Submission to AADE follows the procedure for loss of connectivity.
Can I start with just a till and add handhelds or a kiosk later?
Yes. Each point is added to the same system without changing what already works.
Does it work with my bank’s card terminal?
We connect card terminals from providers that support integration. Tell us which one you have and we will confirm before installation.
